The preparation method comprises: (1) squeezing fresh rose buds by using a cold squeezing method to obtain arose juice; (2) adding white sugar to purified water, boiling, adding lemon peel, cooking for 1.5-2 h, and filtering; and (3) cool the lemon juice to a temperature of 30-40 DEG C, adding raw yeast, honey and the rose juice, completely and uniformly stirring, carrying out sealed fermentation until bubbles are completely generated, adding raisin, sub-packing, covering, sealing, and carrying out low-temperature storage for 20-30 days so as to obtain the product.
