A programmable controller collects operating parameters of the master hydraulic cylinder and the slave hydraulic cylinder and conveys control parameters to the master hydraulic cylinder; the masterhydraulic cylinder receives the control parameters sent by the programmable controller, executes driven action matched with pushing action of the master hydraulic cylinder and synchronously pushes theactuating element with the master hydraulic cylinder, synchronous hoisting of a large frame structure is achieved, and the automation degree is high.
