Abstract

The support is arranged in the framework and can slide inthe framework front and back. The model is arranged on the support. The sand mould devices are arranged on the framework. Two sand mould devices are at least arranged in the advancing direction of the support. Each sand mould device is provided with an upper sand box, a lower sand box and a sand hopper, wherein the sand hopper communicates with the upper sand box and the lower sand box. Each sandmould device is further provided with an upper pressing cylinder for driving the corresponding upper sand box to move up and down and a lower pressing cylinder for driving the corresponding lower sand box to move up and down. According to the multi-box synchronous molding machine, the working efficiency is high, the modeling ability is improved, and energy consumption is reduced.
