The method comprises a step of acquiring flow data of an intersection coil anda check point associated with an area and floating vehicle trajectory data, a step of obtaining an inflow base and an outflow base of traffic flow in the area according to the flow data and the floating vehicle trajectory data, a step of acquiring tensors describing historical traffic flow in the region according to the a proximity time characteristic, a periodic time characteristic and a trendingtime characteristic, a step of fusing and outputting a tension prediction initial value of the area in a next time interval through the operation of a proximity depth residual network, a periodic deep residual network and a trending depth residual network, and a step of obtaining a tension prediction value of the area in the next time interval according to the tension prediction initial value ofthe area in a next time interval.
