The method is implemented based on a comprehensive spectral imager and comprises laser multi-spectral black and white calibration, terahertz scanning transmission calibration, laser multi-spectral reflection imaging, terahertz transmission scanning imaging and image computing and database building. The invention provides the super-continuum spectrum homogeneous laser source illumination method and through combination with standard black-and-white plate correction, the structural featuressuch as the structure and texture of an important biological resource sample are acquired. Through a terahertz scanning lens imaging method, the water content characteristics of the important biological resource sample are acquired.
