The multi-connected type fresh air system comprises an outdoor unit, a fresh air ventilator, at least oneindoor unit, a first temperature detecting module, a second temperature detecting module and a control module, wherein the fresh air ventilator communicates to the outdoor side through an air tube; the at least one indoor unit and the fresh air ventilator are in parallel connected to the outdoor unit; the first temperature detecting module and the second temperature detecting module are separatelyused for detecting an air supply temperature of the fresh air ventilator and the indoor environment temperature corresponding to each operation indoor unit; the control module is used for obtaining atemperature difference value delta T1 between the indoor environment temperature corresponding to each operation indoor unit and a set temperature when the fresh air ventilator and the at least one indoor unit simultaneously operate, obtaining a temperature difference value delta T2 between the air supply temperature and the set temperature of the fresh air ventilator, and controlling the air outlet amount and the refrigerant amount of the fresh air ventilator and each operation indoor unit according to the temperature difference value delta T1 and the temperature difference value delta T2.
