The electronic pressure test monitoring device is connected with a lower joint. The electronic pressure test monitoring device is provided with three lower pressure transmitting holes including a screw plug port, a pressure transmitter connector and a pressure release port. By adoptingthe device provided by the invention, the to-be-tested bridge plug or bridge plug setting tool is placed into a sleeve of the bridge plug pressure bearing unit. The pneumatic pressure pump or the airpump is driven, and high pressure liquid is injected from the inflating port and is then released from the pressure release port after ignition, setting and ball delivery of the bridge plug.
