Abstract

The invention provides a super high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor monitoring system based on multi-sensor information fusion. The monitoring object includes a super high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and mains three-phase alternating current. The monitoring system comprises a monitoring device and a monitoring data receiving device. The monitoring device comprises a current sensor, a voltage sensor, a temperature sensor, a data acquisition card, a vibration sensor, a pickup, an upper computer and a display. The monitoring data receiving device comprises a drive and isolation module and an upper computer in a super high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system. The monitoring system can monitor the operation of the motor in various aspects and timely transmit the working condition of the motor to an upper computer operator. In the case of an emergency which may lead to an accident, the monitoring system can judge a fault according to detected data and take safe treatment measures.
