Firstly each attribute of modeling data in the mineral deposit geological model and uncertainty thereof are processed standardly, and furthermore layering processing is performed on the modeling data according to the characteristic of the mineral deposit. Then Kriging interpolation is performed on each attribute of the modeling data in a certain layer and the uncertainty, and furthermore tetrahedral picture dividing is performed. The uncertainty of the modeling method of each divided layer and the uncertainty of the modeling data are obtained. The uncertainty of the modeling data are overlapped with the uncertainty of the modeling method, thereby obtaining the uncertainty of each divided layer. Finally the uncertainty of the layers is overlapped, thereby obtaining a uncertainty model of the whole mineral deposit geological model. According to the method forquantitatively obtaining the uncertainty of the three-dimensional mineral deposit geological model, through analyzing the uncertainty of the mineral deposit geological model, establishing the uncertainty model, precision of the mineral deposit geological model can be quantified, and a scientific evaluation basis is supplied for decision of related design and production process.
