Abstract

An industrial method of preparing alkaline water with sea mineral is provided. The method includes: mixing mineral water and reverse osmosis water to obtain a mixture with about 20[mu] / cm to about 80[mu] / cm conductivity; electrolyzing the mixture to obtain alkaline water; and adding concentrated deep ocean water into the alkaline water. The method may has one or more advantages that: (1) the generated alkaline water with sea mineral is free of detectable bromate; (2) the pH value of the generated alkaline water with sea mineral is stable; and (3) the rate of output of the alkaline water with sea mineral is maintained.
