The method comprises the following steps: obtaining current heart rate information of a wearer; obtaining target vibration features corresponding to the heart rate information according to a pre-set list; and triggering vibration of the smart wearable device, wherein the vibration has a target vibration feature. The invention further provides a smart bracelet. The smart bracelet comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit, a trigger unit and a vibration generator. The second acquisition unit is used for obtaining pre-saved target vibration features corresponding to the current heart rate information.
