specific Embodiment approach

[0012] 1. Establish a binary hypothesis model for cognitive radio spectrum sensing.

[0013] According to whether the channel is occupied by the primary user, the channel has two states, that is, idle state and busy state, so the perception problem can be expressed as the following binary hypothesis:

[0014]

[0015] where H 0 Indicates that the channel is idle; H 1 Indicates that the channel is occupied by the primary user; w(n) represents independent and identically distributed zero-mean additive white Gaussian noise, and its variance is h(n) represents the channel gain; s(n) represents the primary user signal.

[0016] 2. Deduce the relationship between the perceived energy consumption and the perceived time required for the secondary user to transmit a data packet.

[0017] According to the related theory of energy detection, the detection probability of the secondary user to the primary user can be expressed as:

[0019] where Q(·) is the complementar...

Abstract

The invention relates to a single-channel energy efficiency spectrum sensing method based on sensing performance. Firstly, a cognitive radio spectrum sensing binary hypothesis model is built; then, the relationship between total sensing energy consumption and sensing time which are required when a cognitive radio user transmits one data packet is deduced; and finally, required sensing performance(a target detection probability and a target false alarm probability) is used as constraint conditions to calculate the minimum sensing energy consumption required when one data packet is transmitted. From the aspect of meeting the sensing performance requirements, the shortest sensing time and the minimum sensing energy consumption in the single-channel condition can be given.

Description

a technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cognitive radio spectrum sensing technology, in particular to a sensing performance-based single-channel energy-efficient spectrum sensing method. Two background technology [0002] Spectrum sensing is one of the key technologies in cognitive radio. Its goal is to detect spectrum holes accurately and quickly, so as to provide a basis for secondary users to use spectrum efficiently without interfering with primary users. Usually, the performance of spectrum sensing is represented by detection probability and false alarm probability. The higher the detection probability, the better the primary user can be protected. The lower the false alarm probability, the more chances a channel is used by secondary users. In addition, in today's pursuit of green communication, cognitive radio also needs to consider energy consumption. Among them, the energy consumption of spectrum sensing is an important part of cognitive radio energy c...
