An axis of a lead screw of the linear motor is superposed with an axis of a wheel rotation axis. The linear motor is connected to an output end of the controller. The at least two levers are uniformly distributed along a radial direction of a wheel. One end of each lever is slidingly connected to the lead screw through a lead screw nut, the other end is provided with a puncturing knife, and a central section is rotatably connected about a fixing support which is fixedly arranged on the spoke.
