The device comprises a ground controller arranged on the ground and a multiparameter testing tool string run into the downhole, the ground controller and the multiparameter testing tool string are connected with each other through an armored cable, and the lower portion of the multiparameter testing tool string is connected to an electric turbine propeller used for dragging the multiparameter testing tool string to target layers. A testing method of the injection profile used for the highly-deviated water injection well is further disclosed, wherein the multiparameter testing tool string and the electric turbine propeller are run into the well; in a straight segment of the well, the multiparameter testing tool string runs in the well relying on the weights of the multiparameter testing tool string and a weight bar; in a segment of the well with high well deviation, the electric turbine propeller is used for dragging the multiparameter testing tool string to the target layers, and the multiparameter testing tool string is started for measuring the temperature, the flow and pressure parameters of the water injection layers. According to the testing device and the testing method, the electric turbine propeller is used for running the testing tool string into the well, the principle is simple, the effect is reliable, and the testing device and method can be widely applied to an injection profile testing process of the highly-deviated water injection well.
