Embodiment example

[0134]Protection devices involving data processing and logical judgment may lead to malfunction or refusal of the protection system, interpolation errors and data processing errors of the merging unit may cause malfunction of the protection system, and the exit of the merging unit from self-diagnosed failures may lead to related protection failures. Exit, the broken fiber link will make the information transmission fail, and will only cause the protection system to refuse to move.

[0135] According to the relevant data of the State Grid, in addition to optical fibers and switches, it is believed that malfunctions and rejections may occur, that is, the malfunction rate and rejection rate are 1 / 2 of the component failure rate, and the average repair time of all secondary equipment is uniform It is 24h, and the repair rate μ=1 / (24 / 8760)=365 times / year. The reliability statistics of each secondary equipment are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a risk assessment method of an intelligent transformer substation protecting system. A Markov process is utilized. Data statistics is performed according to reliability of each secondary device, thereby calculating steady-state availability, stable-state false operation probability and stable-state operate-on-command failure probability. A reliability block diagram method is utilized for calculating the stable-state availability, the stable-state false operation probability and the stable-state operate-on-command failure probability of each protecting system. For aiming at a certain false operation or operation-on-command failure, a fault frequency of a corresponding main wiring and a relative value are calculated. A load loss amount is obtained. The product of the protected stable-state false operation probability or the operate-on-command failure probability, the load loss amount and the relative value of the fault frequency of the main wiring are defined as the protecting risk. The risk of each protecting system in abnormity, the risk in operation stoppage failure and the ratios of the two risks in a total-station comprehensive risk are quantitatively obtained. Through sequencing, the influence degree of the risk caused by each protecting failure is obtained. According to the risk assessment method, through calculating the operation risk of the protecting failure, the influence of the operation risk to the intelligent transformer substation protecting system can be quantitatively evaluated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent substation automation. Background technique [0002] Under the advocacy of State Grid Corporation of China, smart substations based on IEC61850 have been rapidly developed and applied, and a large number of new equipment based on new concepts and technologies have emerged. The signal input and output methods, communication architecture, system integration and Great changes have taken place in the level of intelligence and other aspects. In the context of a strong smart grid, traditional reliability research methods and indicators can no longer fully reflect the operating status of the protection system. It is of great significance to study the risk assessment of the protection system. [0003] Smart substation is an important node connecting power plants and users, and is also an important part of smart grid construction. It plays an important role in voltage conversion, power distribution and...
