The culture method comprises the following steps: establishing an enclosure on a mountain, setting up a boar house in the enclosure region, and performing periodical disinfection in the boar house; setting up a free-ranging region; culturing the wild boars in the boar house, simultaneously performing free-ranging culture on pheasants in the boar house, and inoculating the wild boars with swine fever vaccines 20 days later since the wild boars are cultured; and 30 days later since the wild boars are cultured, feeding the wild boars with a feedstuff, wherein the feedstuff comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 32 parts of sweet potato, 12 parts of corn, 15 parts of rough rice, 10 parts of Chinese cabbage, 10 parts of radish, 8 parts of pumpkin, 3 parts of Corydalis pygmaea, 2 parts of vegetable marrow, 1 part of radix astragali and 1 part of chebule. Compared with the prior art, the culture method disclosed by the invention can provide main nutriments required for the growth of the wild boars; 3 parts of Corydalis pygmaea, 2 parts of vegetable marrow, 1 part of radix astragali and 1 part of chebule are used, thereby decreasing the incidence rate of the wild boars, properly reducing the wild nature of the wild boars and lowering the artificial culture difficulty; and meanwhile, the pheasants can decrease mosquitoes and flies, thereby reducing disease infection.
