The nanometer medicament is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1 to 99.7 percent of conventional metal salt, 0.1 to 99.7 percent of titanium salt, 0.1 to 99.7 percent of rare-earth salt and 0.1 to 99.7 percent of chitosan derivative. The solubility product of an insoluble compound which is formed by reacting the medicament with soluble arsenic, phosphorus and fluorine in the water is extremely low, and thereby the insolubility of the arsenic, the phosphorus and the fluorine in the water can be effectively improved; particles and specific gravity of the formed insoluble compound are large, and pollutants such as the arsenic, the phosphorus and the fluorine in the water can be removed simultaneously. The invention also provides a preparation method of the nanometer medicament. In the technology, the conventional metal salt, titanium salt, rare earth salt and chitosan salt crystal are respectively prepared into solutions; the solutions are uniformly mixed, and then are subjected to simple operation process steps such as drying crystallization and nano-grinding, so the nanometer medicament for simultaneously removing the arsenic, the phosphorus and the fluorine in the water can be successfully prepared; in addition, the preparation method has the advantages of high synthetic yield, easiness in process operation and method promotion, low production cost, low pharmaceutical dosage and low amount of formed sludge.
