Abstract

The invention relates to a system for cloud-aid estimation of a semi-trailer active suspension state, and a design method. The system comprises a sensor sampling unit, an event triggering unit and a filter unit, wherein the sensor sampling unit comprises vehicle-mounted sensors which are distributed on a front wheel suspension and a rear wheel suspension of a semi-trailer active suspension; the event triggering unit comprises two event triggering devices which are correspondingly connected to the vehicle-mounted sensors of the front wheel suspension and the rear wheel suspension; and the filter unit is disposed on a cloud server and comprises two filters which are correspondingly connected to one event triggering device by network. In the system, the vehicle-mounted sensors of the front wheel suspension and the rear wheel suspension are connected to the filters by one event triggering device to form two independent state estimation subsystems; and the two filters conduct state estimation of the semi-trailer active suspension according to sampling information of the sensors sent from the event triggering devices. In comparison with the prior art, the system provided by the invention has the advantages that reliable estimation of the automobile active suspension states can be achieved; automobile manufacture expenses can be reduced; and network communication burdens can be relieved.
