Abstract

The processing method comprises the following steps that: 1) inputted nuclear-grade canned motor pump rotation speed signals are subjected to the transient voltage suppression and electrostatic protection of a protection circuit; 2) the inputted rotation speed signals are subjected to the filtering processing of a bandwidth filtering circuit; 3) after being filtered, the inputted rotation speed signals are classified according to peak values through a rotation speed pulse classification circuit, and the rotation speed signals are subjected to multistage amplification according to different classifications; 4) the amplified rotation speed signals are shaped so as to form unipolar square wave signals, and the unipolar square wave signals are sent to a core processing unit; and 5) the core processing unit sends a rotation speed value to a bus module, and the bus module processes the rotation speed value and realizes bus type output.
