The device comprises an air pump, an airway tube, an airbag, a feeding opening, a container, mixed liquid, a stirrer, a rotation shaft, droplet outlets, a pressure sensor and a control box, wherein the airbag is placed inside the container, and is linked with the airway tube through the air pump; the feeding opening is located at the upper portion of the container, and is used for adding the mixed liquid and rapeseeds into the container; the proportion of the mixed liquid is identical to that of the rapeseeds, so that the rapeseeds can evenly suspend in the liquid; the stirrer is placed inside the container, external power is transferred through the rotation shaft; the droplet outlets are located at the lower portion of the container, and the number and distance of the droplet outlets are determined by the number of sowing lines and line spacing of the rapeseeds; the pressure sensor is located inside the container, and is connected with the control box through a data line; the control box is linked with the air pump through the data line, and is used for commanding the sowing device to work.
