Abstract

The invention provides accurate spraying equipment and an accurate spraying method for tire tread rubber mortar. According to the accurate spraying equipment, spray guns are driven by a cross servo tracing unit and longitudinal servo units arranged on a first rubber spraying support assembly; after rubber is sprayed on a tail end oblique cross section of a tire tread, the tire tread is overturned and reversed through an overturning device; then spray guns are driven by a cross servo tracing unit and longitudinal servo tracing units on a second rubber spraying support; after rubber is sprayed on the other tail end cross section of the tire tread, a whole rubber spraying working process is finished; and therefore, the fan-shaped rubber mortar spraying condition at the opening part of the each spray gun is completely controlled. Through the rubber spraying mode, accuracy of rubber spraying positions is ensured, and meanwhile, environment-protection and cleanness of the rubber spraying working process are ensured.
