The system comprises an analogue simulation device, an interface device, a measurement unit, a child-station control protective device, a multi-coordination control device and a monitoring device, wherein the analogue simulation device is connected with the interface device, the interface device is connected with the measurement unit, the measurement unit is connected with the child-station control protective device, the multi-coordination control device and the monitoring device respectively, the child-station control protective device is connected with the multi-coordination control device, and the multi-coordination control device is connected with the monitoring device.
