The system comprises an internet-of-things module for carrying out unified standard collection on body information and activity information corresponding to an agricultural product at all links of an agricultural product supply chain, a checking module for packaging the body information and activity information, collected by the internet-of-things module, of the agricultural product into blocks and carrying out information effectiveness verification, a block chain module for storing blocks with successful verification by the checking module, and a tracing module being connected with the block chain module and being used for information tracing. During the information collection process, data exchange and understanding of all links of a supply chain are realized conveniently by using a unified standard. The block chain module stores related data information of the agricultural product, so that the system becomes a decentration platform; and thus modification of the traceability system data is not affected by tampering of tracing information by any link of the supply chain, so that a tracing objective is achieved.
