Embodiment Construction

[0044] Hereinafter, an embodiment of a control device for an air-conditioning system, an air-conditioning system, and an abnormality determination method for an air-conditioning system according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0045] figure 1 It is a figure which shows the refrigerant system of the air-conditioning system 1 which concerns on this embodiment. Such as figure 1As shown, the air conditioning system 1 includes one outdoor unit B and a plurality of indoor units A1 and A2 connected to the outdoor unit B through a common refrigerant pipe 10 . figure 1 In the figure, for the sake of convenience, a configuration in which two indoor units A1 and A2 are connected to one outdoor unit B is exemplified, but the number of installed outdoor units B and the number of connected indoor units A1 and A2 are not limited.

[0046] The outdoor unit B includes, for example: a compressor 11, which compresses the refrigerant and sends it out...

Abstract

The present invention provides a control device for an air conditioning system, the air conditioning system, and a method for determining anomaly of the air conditioning system. The control device (3) for the air conditioning system (1) is provided with: an outdoor-unit control part (43) able to communicate with an outdoor unit (B) through a communication medium, the outdoor-unit control part (43) acquiring, through the communication medium, information about machinery installed in the outdoor unit (B) and outputting control commands to the machinery installed in the outdoor unit (B); and an indoor-unit control part (41) able to communicate with an indoor unit (A) through a communication medium, the indoor-unit control part (41) acquiring, through the communication medium, information about machinery installed in the indoor unit (A) and outputting control commands to the machinery installed in the indoor unit (A). The control device (3) individually changes the operational point of the machinery installed in the indoor unit (A) or the outdoor unit (B), acquires a prescribed state quantity before and after the change, and executes a malfunction prediction operation to determine whether there is an anomaly in the machinery. The control device (3) for the air conditioning system (1) can thereby ascertain the operational state of the air conditioning system (1) more simply and reliably.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a control device of an air-conditioning system, an air-conditioning system and an abnormal judgment method of the air-conditioning system. Background technique [0002] In the existing air-conditioning system, as a conservative part, for example, the manufacturer obtains the operation data of the air-conditioning system through remote monitoring, and provides energy-saving suggestions to customers or determines whether maintenance is necessary. [0003] In the existing air-conditioning system in which the outdoor unit and the indoor unit are controlled by different control devices, it is difficult to accurately grasp the operating status of the air-conditioning system because the outdoor unit and the indoor unit operate through different control programs. [0004] Therefore, Non-Patent Document 1 discloses an air conditioner remote monitoring system. In this air conditioner remote monitoring system, a local server installed in ...
