Abstract

The invention discloses a ceramsite prepared by utilizing municipal waste incineration ash residue sludge and a preparation method thereof. The ceramsite is mainly prepared from the following solid raw materials in percentage by mass: 60 to 75% of municipal waste incineration ash residue sludge, 10 to 15% of fly ash, 10 to 30 parts of clay and 5 to 10% of expanded perlite. Besides the solid raw materials, water which accounts for 20 to 40% of the total mass of the solid raw materials is also added. The ceramsite disclosed by the invention is mainly prepared from the municipal waste incineration ash residue sludge, so that the wastes are turned into treasures and are used as resources. The prepared ceramsite meets a standard requirement on a lightweight aggregate and a testing method of the lightweight aggregate, is high in strength and is small in density; meanwhile, the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and convenient, the cost is low, the sources of raw materials are wide, and the period of a finished product is short.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to building materials, in particular to a ceramsite prepared from domestic waste incineration ash sludge and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of domestic waste incineration power generation treatment technology in China, the amount of domestic waste incineration is increasing. Municipal domestic waste will produce incineration ash after incineration, and the mass of general incineration ash is 5-30% of the total mass before incineration, of which bottom ash accounts for 15%-25%. Based on the calculation of 30 million tons of waste disposal, about 225,000 tons to 2.25 million tons of bottom ash will be generated nationwide. At present, the use and treatment of incineration ash is mainly to prepare unburned bricks, but in the process of preparing incinerated ash unburned bricks, a certain amount of residues - ash sludge will be produced, accounting for about 10% of the total amo...
