Problems solved by technology

Through these processes, generally 70-80% of waste engine oil can be effectively recycled, and the remaining 20-30% can not be effectively recovered due to the large amount of impurities mixed in, so it becomes the real residue of waste engine oil
In recent years, the domestic recycling rate of used engine oil is increasing rapidly, but a large amount of waste engine oil residues are directly discarded, resulting in waste of resources and environmental pollution

Abstract

The invention discloses a heat regeneration asphalt structure layer using waste engine oil residues and a construction method of the structure layer. The structure layer comprises, by weight, 75 parts of aggregates, 25 parts of recovered asphalt pavement materials, 3 parts of mineral powder, 3 parts of asphalt binders and 2 parts of waste engine oil residues. The construction method includes the steps: recovery of waste asphalt pavement materials; treatment of a lower bearing layer; sprinkle of cloth adhesive layers; stirring and paving; compaction; inspection of quality. Results of a lot of indoor research experiments show that road performance indexes of the structure layer completely meet standard requirements issued by a transport ministry, the structure layer has water stability and low-temperature cracking resistance and can effectively utilize industrial waste residues generated by an old engine oil treatment industry with high environment hazards, parts of asphalt cementing materials are replaced, energy is saved, environments are protected, sustainable development of economic society is facilitated, and the structure layer can be widely applied to pavement engineering fields such as urban roads, airport roads and highways.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pavements such as urban roads, airport roads and highways, and in particular relates to a thermally regenerated asphalt structural layer utilizing waste engine oil residues and a construction method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of highway construction, the mileage of expressways in my country has exceeded 130,000 kilometers, and the total mileage of highways of all levels has reached more than 4 million kilometers, of which more than 95% are asphalt pavement structures. Every year, tens of millions of tons of waste asphalt mixture will be produced in the overhaul of asphalt pavement of highways and national and provincial highways. The stacking of waste asphalt mixture not only occupies a large amount of land resources, but also causes serious environmental pollution. Petroleum asphalt, which is commonly used for pavement, is a hydrocarbon refined from crude oil. Its m...
