The objective of the invention is to solve problems of poor registration effects and slow registration speed of current InSAR registration method. The provided method comprises steps of estimating the scale of registration translation; using the maximum correlation function as a registration scale to carry out standard point coarse registration; defining segmentation positions, wherein a standard point between two segmentation positions is a near-zero Doppler position standard point; using a spectrum registration method to obtain a standard point refined registration offset; standard points outside the two segmentation positions are far-zero Doppler position standard points; using the maximum correlation function to be the registration scale to obtain standard point refined registration offsets; combining the standard point refined registration offsets to obtain a standard point refined registration offset matrix of a main image; determining an offset of any pixel in the main image; and according to the offset, using the cubic spline function interpolation method to carry out repeated sampling on an auxiliary image.
