The method mainly comprises the following executive steps of 1, simulating the lives of the spare parts, and generating N random numbers, which obey gamma distribution, wherein gamma distribution sizes and parameters of the spare parts are same; 2, simulating working lives of the spare parts, and traversing and correcting the N random numbers ti to obtain ti; 3, performing gamma distribution fitting calculation on the N random numbers ti to obtain gamma distribution parameters a' and b' used for calculating a support probability of the spare parts; 4, calculating the support probability P of the spare parts by utilizing the gamma distribution parameters obtained in the step 3; and 5, setting a support probability threshold of the spare parts, and enabling an S value with the support probability P of the spare parts greater than or equal to the threshold to be the calculated demand quantity of the spare parts.
