Abstract

The invention relates to a portable automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument. The instrument comprises a shell, a defibrillation module which is arranged in the shell and used for performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation therapy on patients, and a respiration aid module which is arranged in the shell and used for providing respiration aid for patients. The defibrillation module comprises a defibrillation front panel which is arranged on a side of the shell and is provided with a placement slot at the bottom, a double-electrode-sheet component which is arranged in the placement slot and is used for being pressed against the chest of a patient to detect the heartbeat of the patient so as to judge whether to press or defibrillate the patient, a pressing aid component which is arranged on the double-electrode-sheet component and is used for detecting whether a patient is pressed in the right way or not during emergency treatment, and a defibrillation circuit which is arranged in the shell and is used for defibrillating a patient according to the heartbeat of the patient detected. The portable automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument can simultaneously perform electric shock defibrillation and respiration assistance which are at the same frequency. Better cardiopulmonary resuscitation can be performed on patients, and patients can get out of danger more quickly.
