The method comprises the steps of taking a material and performing explant sterilizing treatment; inoculating the material which is sterilely treated into a starting culture medium; choosing bud seedlings which grow identically in the starting culture medium and inoculating the bud seedlings into a multiplying medium; neatly arranging the bud seedlings into the same bottle in two rows in a mode that the abaxial sides contact the culture medium after subculture multiplication, performing dark culture treatment on inoculated blades, taking out and culturing in 16 / 8h light after treatment, choosing rootless tissue culture seedlings with identical growth vigor and inoculating into a rooting culture medium; transplanting the tissue culture seedlings which are rooted to a culture medium to be transplanted and domesticated. By means of the method, the final transplantation success rate is 80% or more.
