Abstract

The invention discloses an oil-based drilling fluid while-drilling lateral direction well-logging device and method. The device comprises a sine alternating-current excitation source, a while-drilling lateral direction well-logging sensor, a signal collection module and a computer. An excitation mode based on electromagnetic induction principles is adopted to replace conventional direct excitation modes, so that limitation of the later is overcome; an equivalent circuit model for well-logging is built on the basis of capacitive coupling principles, and digital phase-sensitive demodulation technology is utilized to solve the problem of current signal detection when oil-based drilling fluid is used; button-shaped electrodes are adopted to detect strata in different directions, so that well-logging information like strata resistivity imaging in the process of drilling can be acquired. The device has the advantages of simple and reliable structure, high measuring accuracy and wide measuring range, and a method which can be used for reference is provided for well-logging while drilling under the condition of the oil-based drilling fluid.
