The control method of the spraying robot based on visual identification comprises the steps of: (1) conveying of workpieces into the spraying room; (2) identification of the types of the workpieces; (3) obtaining of three-dimensional models of the workpieces; (4) planning of a spraying path; and (5) spraying of the workpieces. The spraying robot based on visual identification enables the spraying to be not only for one workpiece, but for one type of workpieces, and performs parametric programming for the same type of workpieces to improve the adaptability of the sprayed workpieces.
