Problems solved by technology

In the past, pesticides were mostly used to control aphids. Because aphids will develop resistance to pesticides, and with the increase of drug resistance, the amount of pesticides will increase, resulting in a large amount of pesticide residues, which will reduce the quality of vegetables.
At the same time, due to the slow degradation of chemical pesticides, it will also pollute the environment

Embodiment 1

[0028] Embodiment 1, utilize the research of Heterochromia control broad bean aphid

[0029] 1. Materials and methods

[0030] The plant used in this embodiment is broad bean, and it starts to test when it grows 2 true leaves, and puts it in a small sarong (length × width × height is 60cm × 60cm × 60cm); the aphid is the bean aphid (Aphis craccivora Koch); Eggs, 1-2 instar larvae, 3-4 instar larvae, and adults of Harmonia aryridis (Pallas). The 1-2 instar larvae refer to 1st instar larvae and 2nd instar larvae; the 3-4 instar larvae refer to 3rd instar larvae and 4th instar larvae.

[0031] This embodiment is carried out in a constant temperature room under natural light conditions with a temperature of 25 ± 2° C., a relative humidity of 70-80%.

[0032] Release eggs of ladybug Heterochromia: After the broad bean plants grow to 2 true leaves, inoculate 80 adult bean aphids on the shoots of each broad bean plant, and then inoculate the true leaves of each broad bean plant wit...

Embodiment 2

[0058] Embodiment 2, utilize heterochromia ladybug to control greenhouse pepper aphid

[0059] 1. Experimental materials

[0060] Matrine reagent: the active ingredient content is 6%, the dosage form is water, purchased from Inner Mongolia Qingyuanbao Biotechnology Co., Ltd.;

[0061] Harmonia aryridis (Pallas): Harmonia aryridis (Pallas) egg card, 20 eggs per card, purchased from Beijing Kuoye Tianyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd.;

[0062] Test crop: Pepper in the early flowering stage under normal water and fertilizer management.

[0063] 2. Experimental method

[0064] Experimental environment: greenhouse, temperature 18-31°C, relative humidity 55-75%;

[0065] Experimental location: Yanqing, Beijing;

[0066] Control object: Aphids, mainly Myzus persicae (Suler) which damage pepper.

[0067] Three treatments were set up in the experiment: matrine, release of ladybug eggs and blank control. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, and each repetition was a plot. A total of 9 p...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preventing vegetable aphid by means of Harmonia aryridis (Pallas). The method comprises a step of applying Harmonia aryridis (Pallas) on plants to be controlled with predator prey ratio of 1:(5 to 80). The experiment shows that applying Harmonia aryridis (Pallas) of different stages (egg, adult, 1-2 years larva and 3-4 years larva) on 2-leaf stage of broad bean plants with different predator prey ratio of (1:5, 1:10, 1:20, 1:40, and 1:80), the number of aphids on broad bean plants is obviously reduced at 1 to 11 days after inoculation, and the number can be reduced to zero, compared with plantes which are inoculated with Harmonia aryridis (Pallas). For aphid prevention on greenhouse capsicum (the predator prey ratio is 1:60), greenhouse sweet pepper (the predator prey ratio is 1:30), and open cauliflower (the predator prey ratio is 1:5 and 1:10) with Harmonia aryridis (Pallas) egg cards, good control effects are obtained. The method provided in the invention has advantages such as substantial effect and long duration; the method has wide application prospect in aphid biological control field.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of crop protection, in particular to a method for controlling vegetable aphids by utilizing the heterochromia ladybug. Background technique [0002] Vegetable aphids, commonly known as greasy insects, belong to the order Hemiptera and are one of the main pests of vegetables. Most of them gather on the buds, young leaves or twigs of vegetables and suck the juice of plants, which will cause the plants to wither and yellow, deform the branches and leaves, or even die, seriously endangering the production of vegetables. In the past, pesticides were mostly used to control aphids. Because aphids will develop resistance to pesticides, and with the enhancement of pesticide resistance, the dosage of pesticides will increase, resulting in a large amount of pesticide residues, which will reduce the quality of vegetables. At the same time, due to the slow degradation of chemical pesticides, it will also pollute the environment. ...
