The a method for performing statistics of the conference sign-in information comprises the steps that a login request from the mobile terminal is received; responding to the login request is performed and conference list information is transmitted to the mobile terminal; a conference selection request from the mobile terminal is received; responding to the conference selection request is performed, and identity information of all the conference participants who do not perform sign-in of the conference is transmitted to the mobile terminal; a sign-in request from the mobile terminal is received; and responding to the sign-in request is performed and the conference sign-in information is updated. With application of the conference sign-in method based on the mobile terminal, paperless conference sign-in can be realized so as to achieve the green and environment-friendly objective. Besides, statistics of the conference sign-in information and conference management are also facilitated by using the conference sign-in method based on the mobile terminal.
