The system comprises a farmland production system, a big-eared goat breeding system, a seedling and vegetable planting system, and an ecological breeding system for special species. The farmland production system comprises multiple pieces of land used for producing corns, barley, wheat and other raw material. The big-eared goat breeding system comprises a goat farm, a constant-temperature anaerobic biogas digester, a mesophilic tank biogas digester and a heating boiler. The seedling and vegetable planting system comprises a seedling plantation garden, a vegetable and flower garden, a lotus root pool and a fruit tree woodland. The ecological breeding system for special species comprises a fish pond and an undergrowth free-ranging culturing farm. The novel highly-efficient agro-ecological circulating system has following beneficial effects: the agro-ecological circulating system is capable of integrating land, a livestock culturing farm, the fish pond, the fruit tree woodland, a vegetable garden and the like; waste generated in all links is processed to be raw material for the next link such that the overall production process starts from and ends with land, thereby achieving zero emissions and pollution; and no pollution is caused to the environment.
