Abstract

The problems of small effective precipitation area, easy blocking after long-time operation, difficulty in precipitate treatment and secondary pollution to water in the existing water treatment precipitation separation device are solved. The turnover precipitation separation device comprises one of oblique-plate, oblique-pipe and horizontal-pipe precipitation devices; a sludge precipitation tank is arranged at the lower part of the precipitation device; multiple layers of parallel and oblique sludge precipitation plates are arranged in the sludge precipitation tank; the precipitation device is connected with a turnover mechanical device for controlling the turnover of the precipitation device; and a turnover shaft of the turnover mechanical device is horizontally arranged and is vertical to the water flow direction of the precipitation device. The device provided by the invention has the following advantages: (1) a 'horizontal shallow pool' is realized; (2) desilting is facilitated, and the precipitation channel is protected from being blocked; (3) the precipitate in the sludge precipitation tank sinks to the bottom quickly, and secondary pollution of the water is prevented; (4) the structure is reasonable and convenient and quick to control; and (5) the water treatment efficiency is greatly improved.
