The method comprises the steps: detecting the operation of a user in a browser application window, and obtaining operation object data and operation time data, which are corresponding to the operation; transmitting user network access data to an access data server, wherein the user network access data comprises the identification of the user, the type data of the operation, the operation object data, and the operation time data. According to the invention, through detecting the operation of the user in the browser application window and obtaining operation object data and operation time data which are corresponding to the operation, the method can obtain user network access data with lower granularity, such as the time when the user opens a webpage, the operation on the webpage, the switching operation of the webpage, and the staying time.
