The invention further provides a preparation method for the biomass briquette coal, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing papermaking plant waste liquor, coal tar and water in a weight ratio of (6.5 to 8) to (1.8 to 2.5) to (0.8 to 1.2) to obtain a binder; sequentially adding 40 to 60 parts of coke, 28 to 48 parts of disinfected excrements of livestock, 2 to 22 parts of waste activated carbon and 0.5 to 15 parts of oil sludge into a reactor to crush, then, adding 0.5 to 15 parts of the binder to bind and form, thereby obtaining a semi-finished product; and drying the semi-finished product.
