The technical point of the invention is that simplified comprehensive relational grade analysis is carried out on original data of accelerated degradation based on the discrete modeling method in the grey system theory, so that a discrete grey-scale model is established. According to the invention, a universal modeling method which considers similarities of absolute positions among the data, further considers similarities of change rates, and provides a discrete form to original experiment data of various accelerated degradation tests containing key degradation information is established.
