Problems solved by technology

The disadvantage of this method is that it can only be carried out in a greenhouse, the operation is relatively complicated, and the survival rate of grafting is not high, it cannot be successfully cultivated in a large area, and it cannot be put into production.

Embodiment 1

[0093] Step 1, choose potatoes as rootstock, tomato as scion, and the scion grows seedlings 30 days earlier than rootstock,

[0094] Step 2: The stubble of potato rootstock seedlings is 10 cm high. Take 150 potato rootstock seedlings and divide them into three groups on average. The first group removes all shoots and leaves, the second group removes all shoots and leaves only half leaves, and the third group removes all shoots and leaves. Remove all shoots and leave one leaf;

[0095] Step 3, when the tomato scion seedling grows to 20-25cm, obliquely cut a 45° angle from the stem base of the seedling, get 150 tomato scion,

[0096] Step 4, the tomato scion is treated with the activation formula for 30mim, and then it can be grafted with the above three groups of potato rootstocks,

[0097] Step 5: Cross-cut the potato rootstock at 10 cm, cut vertically (90° angle) in the middle of the cut, insert the tomato scion into the cut of the potato rootstock, and then fix it with graf...

Embodiment 3

[0109] Step 1, choose potatoes as rootstock, tomato as scion, and the scion grows seedlings 30 days earlier than rootstock,

[0110] Step 2: The stubble of potato rootstock seedlings is 10 cm high. Take 150 potato rootstock seedlings and divide them into three groups on average. The first group removes all shoots and leaves, the second group removes all shoots and leaves only half leaves, and the third group removes all shoots and leaves. Abstract

The invention provides a method for improving potato and tomato grafting survival rate. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a potato as a rootstock and selecting a tomato as a scion, and cultivating a seedling of the scion 30 to 60 days before that of the rootstock; remaining the stubble of a young seedling of the potato rootstock with the height of 10 cm, and removing all branches, buds and leaves; when the young seedling of the tomato scion grows to 20 to 25 cm, bevelling from the basal part of a stem of the young seedling at 45 degrees, and taking the tomato scion; treating the tomato scion for 30 minutes by using an activated formula, and grafting; transversely cutting the potato rootstock at the position of 10 cm, inserting the tomato scion into a notch of the potato rootstock after the centre of the notch is cut vertically, and fixing by using a grafting clamp to complete grafting; cultivating the grafted tomato seedling at the temperature of 25 to 28 DEG C and the air humidity of 70 to 95 percent. According to the method for improving the potato and tomato grafting survival rate provided by the invention, the stereoscopic cultivation yield benefit of an over-ground vegetable and an underground vegetable can be multiplied; the potato and tomato grafting survival rate is improved from 16.7 percent to 86.0 percent; the production cost is reduced by 68 percent or above; industrialization of a tomato and potato grafting technology is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of modern vegetable cultivation, in particular to a method for improving the survival rate of potatoes and tomatoes grafted. Background technique [0002] Grafting is an agronomic method commonly used in horticulture for crop variety improvement. There are various grafting techniques available in our country. The grafting techniques are proficient and the survival rate is relatively high in theory. To explore the reason, because the grafted rootstock was not disinfected, the rough epidermis was sealed by the binding membrane, and the wound fluid multiplied under the infection of fungi and bacteria stored in the rootstock, which affected the formation of callus on the wound surface. Practice has proved that after the grafting technology is carried out, the wound fluid of the rootstock will increase rapidly. If the dressing is not tight and timely, the water at the anastomosis will evaporate quickly, and the ...
