A method for rapidly dissolving desulfurated lead paste comprises the following process steps that (1) the desulfurated lead paste is delivered to a reaction still capable of forming severe convection, a dissolving solution is added into the waste lead paste to prepare slurry with a mass fraction of 25-35%; in the reaction still, the lead paste is made to move intensely and fully dissolved in water, and the problem that the lead paste precipitates is solved; (2) the slurry is pumped into a plate frame reactor by using a mortar pump, a solution is obtained after separation is conducted, the quantitative solution is pumped into the plate frame reactor again by using a large lift pump, and circulation lasts for 10-15 minutes; and (3) finally-separated clear solution is used for preparing the dissolving solution, and the lead paste obtained in the plate frame reactor is used for the next working procedure.
