The invention discloses a control method for controlling the display color temperature of a display screen of an electronic device. The control method comprises steps as follows: acquiring an environment image of an environment where the electronic device is located; calculating color temperature of the environment image; adjusting the display color temperature of the display screen according to the color temperature of the environment image. Sensing is performed according to the color temperature of the environment image, intelligent adjustment is performed hereby, the display color temperature is matched with or coordinates with the color temperature of the environment image, so that a user feels more comfortable visually, eye protection is facilitated, and fatigue is relieved; the intelligent adjustment requires no complicated operation, and good use experience is provided for the user.
