The invention relates to an intelligent charging station of which energy is supplied by solar-wind powered light and friction electricity generating, for an electric vehicle and an electric bicycle. A wind-driven generator and a photovoltaic assembly are connected with a wind-solar controller; the wind-solar controller and a friction electricity generating assembly are connected with an accumulator; electric energy generated by the wind-driven generator and the photovoltaic assembly is used for charging or discharging the accumulator through the wind-solar controller; the friction electricity generating assembly is placed on a front region of the charging station, and is connected with the accumulator, and the accumulator is connected with an intelligent charging pile; when the electric energy generated by the wind-driven generator and the photovoltaic assembly is insufficient, the electric energy generated by the friction electricity generating assembly is directly provided for the accummulator, and electricity capacity is provided for the intelligent charging pile by the accummulator; and an electric bicycle charger and an electric vehicle charger are mounted in the intelligent charging pile, and the electric bicycle is charged by the electric bicycle charger, and the electric vehicle is charged by the electric vehicle charger.
