The method comprises steps: when volume adjusting information is detected, whether an audio channel in the intelligent device is opened is judged; when the audio channel in the intelligent device is not opened, whether the audio channel in a preset time is opened is judged; and when the audio channel in the preset time is opened, the volume size of a first volume for opening the audio channel is adjusted according to the volume adjusting information.
