The bamboo fiber gauze scarf fabric is characterized in that a lining fabric layer is composited on the back face of the fabric; the lining fabric layer is a double-faced spot jacquard fabric with a front face and a back face; raised points are distributed independently and uniformly on the front face; the raised points are formed on a base fabric through first yarn jacquards; and the back face is composed of vertical stripes which are formed on the back face of the base fabric through second yarn jacquards, and the adjacent stripes are parallel. The bamboo fiber gauze scarf fabric provided by the invention has the advantages that transparency and gas permeability are good; the fabric has health care functions such as UV protection as well as natural bacteria resistance and bacteriostasis, acarus killing performance and deodorization; and the fabric has a very good touch feeling.
