The support lever bracket is disposed on a plane of a carrier platform of the mobile carriage; the telescopic support lever is hinge-connected to an upper end of the support lever bracket; the deicing structure is disposed at a front end of the telescopic support lever; the amplitude modulation apparatus and the storage battery case are both disposed on the mobile carriage; and a storage battery in the storage battery case is connected to a motor in the deicing structure by means of a power line. The transmission line deicer provided by the present invention is simple in structure and convenient for operation, and operators can deice transmission lines on the ground by using the transmission line deicer, thereby reducing deicing difficulty; and by use of a lever principle, the height of the deicing structure can be adjusted anytime by means of the telescopic support lever, so that the deicing structure can be always matched with the path of the transmission line, and therefore, the deicing efficiency of the deicing structure is improved.
