The circuit comprises a sensor, an operational amplifier circuit, a differential circuit, a measuring circuit, a voltage signal observer and a data storing and outputting module. The output end of the sensor sequentially passes through a current circuit, the differential circuit and the measuring circuit and is connected with the input end of the voltage signal observer. The output end data of the voltage signal observer is connected with the input end of the data storing and outputting module.
