The method comprises the following steps of entering a tumor information management system and executing the following steps; receiving import of a two-dimensional image file sequence; triggering a preprocessing procedure: reconstructing the two-dimensional image file sequence into a three-dimensional data file, and storing the three-dimensional data file into a database; calling an organ automatic segmentation algorithm to segment organ areas from the three-dimensional data file, and storing the organ areas into the database; entering a radiotherapy plan system and executing the following steps of loading the three-dimensional data file from the database; receiving the selection of an operator for organs required to delineate, and extracting the organ areas corresponding to the selected organs from the database and representing the organ areas; receiving the delineation of the operator to the organs and target regions; responding to the operation of the operator to enter a plan development stage; responding to the plan development finishing of the operator, and calculating dose.
