Compared with the prior art, the coding algorithm based timesheet fast implementing method adopts the information dissemination identification such as a two-dimensional code as retrieval indexes of a variety of paper documents that are fast tracked and fast updated in the system, so that user operation steps are reduced, user input is facilitated, requirements on user quality for using the information system is reduced, and an enterprise informatization reaching scope is enabled to be significantly expanded.
