Abstract

The invention discloses a system for managing acceptance and transferring to fixed asset of a newly commissioned transformation device and a working method thereof. The system includes a scanning device which scans electronic materials of the newly commissioned electronic device to be accepted and converts the scanned electronic materials into pictures and stores the pictures to an electronic material storing platform. The electronic material storing platform stores the data and transmits the data to a production management information system through network transmission. The production management information system receives data which are obtained by online monitoring by primary equipment within a substation, and transmits the data to a cloud server. According to the invention, the system is based on a PMS2.0 system which is the production management information system, establishes an informatization platform, saves manpower and material resources, realizes processing analysis and sharing of electronic data, and increases acceptance efficiency of the newly commissioned transformation device.
